Shipping Policy
At HomeTouch, we deliver to the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the Green Line (48 areas). All orders are handled with care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Delivery areas & fees

Oversized packages: If your order exceeds the standard bag/box size of 45×45 cm, the shipping company may apply an additional charge of 10–20 ₪ depending on the package size. You will be notified before dispatch if this applies.
How delivery works
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation.
- Delivery is carried out by our shipping partner and typically takes 2–3 business days from dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or phone once your order is on its way.
- You can track your order at any time using the Order Tracker on our website.
Important notes
- Shipping fees are calculated per bag or box, not per order total.
- Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (holidays, road closures, etc.).
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
- HomeTouch is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
